Easier than most

My ex and I just split up after four and a half years. I was devastated at first. I'm still going through a world of emotions, but it's beginning to seem as though every day is getting easier. Yesterday he found a reason to send me a text, over the most ridiculous thing. I think he was more so just checking up on me, but I'm trying my best to move on. I think it's harder doing so when he won't stop contacting me.

Any advice?
